Best Owls Midfield Pairing?

Best Owls Midfield Pairing?

Wednesday boss Brian Laws has tried a number of centre midfield partnerships since his arrival - which two would you choose?

Glenn Whelan, Yoann Folly and Kenny Lunt have all made cases for a starting place in the centre of the Wednesday midfield this season, but the Owls gaffer still looks unsure on which is his best pairing.

In this week's Vital Sheffield Wednesday poll, we ask you what pairing you'd choose to take the Owls forward - so have your say NOW!

Whelan has been in hot form of late, picking up two player-of-the-month awards in consecutive months - and also proving his doubters wrong after being transfer-listed at the start of the campaign by former boss Paul Sturrock.

He seemed the perfect pairing for Kenny Lunt, who was impressing Owls fans early in the campaign when Laws arrived at the club with his superb passing - but has since gone off the boil with some not-so-hot performances of late.

Folly has also shown glimpses of quality throughout his appearances for the Owls this term - and must have given his boss a selection headache after out-shining Lunt in the midfield on Saturday against Burnley after coming in for the injured Whelan.

So what's your preferred pairing? Have your say NOW on the latest Vital Sheffield Wednesday poll and make your feelings known!
