'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The Owls Go 'Pop'

'Reputation is a bubble which man bursts when he tries to blow it for himself'

Oh dear oh dear.

The truth about football is that only people on the inside know the whole truth...

Ironic.

There are about 900,000 would be managers who attend games up and down the country wearing their teams strips, barking out orders and pointing out the seemingly obvious to the men in charge or their beloved clubs.

I am of course spouting a theory which relies completely on me giving the benefit of the doubt.

Surely it is clear for Mr Laws to see that the likes of Kenny Lunt and Marcus Tudgay need to be left out completely. Adding to that the resting of Tommy and Brunt (which would be a little more difficult to compensate for). Also biting the bullet and trying to get someone else to play goal would be a great idea based on recent events…

These things are 'obvious'.

So why aren't they happening? Who knows? Surely we aren't at the mercy of inept management… surely… There must be behind the scenes happenings to explain all the strange decisions, and that goes for all clubs.

Defensively we are a team who is shot to pieces. I know a lot of people will be looking to the departure of Magic and making poor correlation. This has been going on since Birmingham had the cheek to rob us.

We can score a goal, that`s not an issue...heck, even Deon Burton can score.

I'm at a loss to whether we have something or someone who can help us out who is already around. We all thought Steve Watson maybe that man. Fingers crossed. A prayer for Wood and Coughlan too!

It is astounding how quickly things change in football. If a week is a long time how about 8, for that is how long it has been since we whispered promotion at Oakwell. 8 weeks and 1 point.

Last time out I dared to say that the season was over…. I`m not hungry enough to eat my words just yet… defeat to Southend would see me become a little peckish for them...

Onwards and...downwards?

It's hard to be positive right now...

Wednesday 3-1 Southend….

UTO!

Season might not be over just yet as we might be fighting relegation!

Agree re Lunt and Tudgay I just don't think they are good enough or more importantly they don't seem to have the heart to play for us.
