Brunt Enjoying Owls Life
Owls winger Chris Brunt has insisted he is enjoying life at Hillsborough and is hoping to bag more goals before the end of the campaign.
The Northern Ireland international has been linked with a number of Premiership clubs including West Ham, Charlton Athletic and Manchester City in recent weeks - sparking rumours of a summer departure from S6.
But the Ulsterman has boosted the hopes of Wednesday fans who would love to see the key figure remain at Hillsborough for a promotion push next season.
'I'm really enjoying my football and this season has been fantastic and I just want to get more goals for Wednesday.' Brunt told Radio Sheffield at the weekend.
And Owls boss Brian Laws has also added his weight to the transfer rumours surrounding the 22-year-old by insisting it would take a big fee to prize his star assett away from the club in the summer.
A fee of £2m has been doing the rounds in the media - but it's thought Laws will demand a much higher fee should the Owls player-of-the-year make a move away from the club.
