Owls Ticket Increases - Yay Or Nay?

I'm sure you've all heard that the club have increased season ticket and matchday ticket prices for next season - and we want to know your thoughts.

So this week's poll on Vital Sheffield Wednesday is asking whether YOU think the ticket price rises are a good idea or not, so have your say now!

Many fans on the website have already made their opinions known on the VITAL SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY MESSAGE BOARD and the opinions are varied, so why not add your thoughts to the discussion?

Owls boss Brian Laws and chairman Dave Allen have already had theirs! Do you agree or disagree?

Laws said: 'Our players are a young and talented group on the whole but we are obviously keen to strengthen in that department as much as possible.

'Success on the pitch can only be achieved with quality throughout the playing squad and you will drive that. Season ticket sales will determine a large proportion of next season's football budget so I would urge you again to continue your excellent support and buy a season ticket to help us achieve our goals.'

And chairman Dave Allen said: 'Our season ticket packages for the new season have been benchmarked against a wide range of clubs and I believe that they provide good value for money.

'Next season should be one where we can go some way to achieving our goal of getting back to the Premier League.'

It's a tough one to call. Of course fans are never going to be happy when they have to pay more for their season ticket but so long as it's invested in good players and we have a good season nobody will care!
