The latest Vital Sheffield Wednesday poll asked fans whether the Owls can make the Championship play-offs - and the results are now in!
77 per cent of Vital users thought the Owls could make their eleven game unbeaten run pay off by reaching the play-offs, with just 23 per cent thinking otherwise with just two games remaining.
The Owls go in to their clash knowing that only a win will do this afternoon, or they could see time run out on their push for the top six.
Wednesday are just two points off at the moment but with only two games remaining the superb run of form could have just come a game or two too late for Brian Laws men.
But with 77 per cent of Vital Sheffield Wednesday users believing the Owls can make the play-offs with a tough match like promotion-chasing Birmingham on the cards this afternoon, just shows how far Brian Laws has brought this team since the dire run in January and February.
And fingers crossed, those 77 per cent - and a few more - will still be on track for their correct predictions come 4.45pm today should Wednesday pick up probably their best result to date under the guidance of Laws.
And Owls boss Brian Laws may also be in the 77 per cent as he takes his Wednesday side down to St Andrews hoping to keep the momentum going.
'We said many weeks ago that it was mathmatically possible if unlikely,' he told the official SWFC site.
'The fact is that we now have two games to go and we have a great chance to nip in the back door. We have a momentum at the moment that's going to be hard to stop.
'We know Birmingham will be very wary of us and concerned. They (Birmingham) have to win and it is a huge game for them as much as it is for us. We hope to make them a bit more nervy and wait another week to see what direction they go in. It could be a very nervy afternoon.'
