Owls 07/08 Fixtures

Tomorrow morning will give fans across the country something to look forward to - with the fixture lists for the 2007/08 campaign being released.

And Vital Sheffield Wednesday will be on the ball to bring you all the key fixtures including opening match, boxing day clash, final day opponents and of course the two meetings with Sheffield United - or should that be West Ham United?

Whatever, you'll be able to check the big fixtures for the forthcoming season right here tomorrow morning.

Owls fans have plenty to look forward to next season after Brian Laws guided Wednesday to a respectable finish in the Championship, losing just one match in the final 13 fixtures to pit Wednesday amongst the form teams of the division for the final few months of the season.

But Wednesday have never enjoyed the best of starts to a league campaign, with two dull 0-0 draws against Preston and Stoke City respecively in the last two opening games of the Championship campaign.

Due to financial constraints (we get charged RIDICULOUS sums of money just to advertise fixtures which will ultimately benefit the club and the league) we won't be able to publish the whole season fixtures, but will bring you the selection of the most important - the rest can be found on the official site, but don't expect to get on there early with all the traffic that usually crashes the site on fixture list morning!
