Graham Joins Terriers

Owls striker David Graham has joined League One side Huddersfield Town on loan until the end of the season.

The move was completed this morning after rumours that Town and Doncaster Rovers were chasing the services of the Scottish striker.

Huddersfield manager Peter Jackson told the official Huddersfield site: ''I've been after him for a while and I'm delighted he has decided to come here. He's a proven goalscorer, and although it has not worked out for him at Wednesday he was far away the best player in the second division when he was at Torquay.''

Graham has struggled to win the Hillsborough faithful over since his early season arrival from Wigan Athletic, managing just three goals in 26 appearances for the Owls.

He had better luck at Torquay where he bagged 45 goals in 98 appearances on the South coast. Graham will be hoping he can regain that form to help the terriers to promotion to the Championship.
