Wednesday have turned down bids for youngster Tommy Spurr and jet-heeled winnger Jermaine Johnson from Championship rivals Queens Park Rangers this week.
Owls boss Brian Laws had already revealed a lot of interest had been shown in Spurr - who has his home kit sponsored by Vital Sheffield Wednesday - while Johnson has impressed since his arrival at S6 earlier this year.
But Wednesday showed no hesitation in turning down the approached from the Loftus Road club, who are keen to strengthen their squad to move away from the Championship relegation spots.
And Owls chief executive Kaven Walker revealed that he didn't need to think twice about rejected the offers from the R's.
He told the official SWFC website: 'We have no intention of selling either Tommy Spurr or Jermaine Johnson as these two players are both top assets in our playing squad.'
