Peter Gilbert Biding His Time

Peter Gilbert Biding His Time

Peter Gilbert insists he's happy to wait for his chance to play as he explains why it's been an up and down season at Hillsborough.

'We go to Cardiff at the weekend and Ninian Park's always a tough place. The fans are very passionate and you know they will be behind their team.

'Cardiff have had a mixed season, but they're still a very good side and you know at home that they're going to give you a hard game. We'll have to be right up for it with everybody prepared to give 100 per cent.

'It's been a very strange season for us so far. After our terrible start we picked right up and then let ourselves drop again.'

he can forget having a chance, cos he is absolutely crap. i will never forget the mistakes he made at watford and not putting a tackle in all game. and after this, he blamed every other player for his mistakes. total waste of space.
