Biography
My first experience with Wednesday was in 1995/96 season. It was my mate's birthday and we went to Wednesday v QPR, I don't think I was much of a football fan before then, but Marc Degryse was my first hero and I followed Wednesday's results ever since that day. (We lost 3-1)
Had my first season ticket after we were relegated from Premier league. Saw some horrendous times at Hillsborough, including losing to Rotherham (twice) which got me a real battering from my Dad (Rotherham fan) but I kept with Wednesday and was rewarded with the play-off final which was a great day.
Now I'm at Uni living on the wrong side of Yorkshire, learning how to be a journalist. Hope to bring Vital as much news on the academy as possible along with a few opinion pieces.
