The pressure is really on Owls boss Brian Laws as he takes his troops the short distance across South Yorkshire to face a Doncaster side high on confidence.
Forget the local derby bragging rights, Laws is desperate for a vital three points to help stop his Wednesday side slipping further down the table, and possibly into the relegation spots, at the Keepmoat.
It could be Laws' most important game in charge as far as he's concerned, and it comes against a Rovers side who swept aside Crystal Palace in convincing fashion at the weekend.
Throw former Blade Billy Sharp into the equation too - he'll be starting for Donny - and it's a big night for Wednesdayites.
Brian Laws told the official SWFC website:
'I will be making changes on Tuesday, there is absolutely no doubt about that, because we are trying to find the right formula and the right personnel who will come through this.
'We've got a squad of good players and whether you're in the team or out of the team, it affects everybody. It affects the supporters, the management, everybody, that we just can't get the win that we want and stop the rot.
'Confidence is low, that's clear, and the only way to get that confidence back is by getting a win. It's purely about confidence at the minute, which players are coping well and which players aren't and putting that formula together to get that win.'
Rovers are set to name an unchanged side to the one that left Selhurst Park, always a tricky place to visit, with three points thanks to a scintillating 3-0 victory on Saturday.
Boss Sean O'Driscoll has no fresh injury or suspension concerns following the clash, and his men will be full of confidence coming into what's undoubtedly their biggest game of the season.
Sheffield United man Billy Sharp is set to continue in attack, and he'll no doubt be desperate to bag a goal against the Owls in front of the Rovers faithful.
Brian Stock is set to return for Doncaster sooner than expected - but Tuesday night will come too soon as he looks set to return to training before the end of the week.
Unitedite who's on loan at the Keepmoat from Bramall Lane, and will no doubt be desperate to bag against us. He's been in good form at Doncaster after struggling to fit into United's style of play. Throw in the fact that Brian Laws helped him to where he is today, thanks to his spell at Scunthorpe, and you just know he's going to score, don't you?
Owls boss Brian Laws has revealed that he's going to make changes following another shambolic display in the 2-0 home defeat to Reading at the weekend.
Loan signings Warren Feeney and Tom Soares are yet to start in the blue and white stripes, but they could well get the nod at the Keepmoat.
Jermaine Johnson will be one favourite to return after being left on the bench on Saturday, while Laws could give another chance to centre-back Darren Purse following a spell of five matches on the sidelies.
Frank Simek and Leon Clarke will also be considered, although Tommy Miller and Francis Jeffers will once again be ruled out through injury
Johnson has been hot and cold this season, but his pace and drive was missing big style against Reading. JJ can act as the outlet ball to ease the pressure, and has the ability to cause big problems for opposition defence. Laws and Owls fans alike will be hoping he's blowing hot on what's sure to be a cold Tuesday night.
Head-To-Head:
Donny wins: 2
Wednesday wins: 11
Draws: 2
Last Time Out:

Rovers fans were the ones feeling all the love on Valentine's Day as the hosts out-classed Wednesday to pick up just their second success against the Owls in all competitions. Paul Heffernan grabbed the winning goal on the half hour mark, but it could have been a lot more for Rovers.
