Wednesday will be looking to complete a positive week results-wise with a third victory in eight days when Leyton Orient visit Hillsborough on Saturday.
The Owls got their quest for promotion back on track last weekend with a 2-0 win at Notts County and followed it up with JP Trophy progression thanks to a penalty shoot-out win over local rivals Chesterfield.
Wednesdayites will be hoping the double success gets Alan Irvine and his men firmly back on the right track following a September where they failed to win an npower League One match.
Orient have endured a sluggish start to their campaign and come to S6 on the back of three draws on the spin - something tells me another point in South Yorkshire would do for them this weekend.
Owls boss Alan Irvine told the official SWFC website:
'There's no doubt that people are feeling better right now and confidence is returning.
'It's amazing how quickly the feelgood factor can come back but it's amazing how quickly it can disappear.
'There was a fantastic feelgood factor at the beginning of September and that disappeared fairly dramatically.
'So it's nice to have that back for the moment but I certainly won't be taking that for granted.'
Wednesday should have a clean bill of health for the visit of Orient, with Mark Beevers shaking off an ankle injury suffered in the midweek JPT clash.
Beevers was taken off as a precaution in the dying minutes but is expected to be fit and ready to continue alongside Darren Purse at the heart of the Owls defence.
Striker Neil Mellor is also expected to be fit, but Irvine is likely to ring the changes after making six changes for the clash with the Spireites on Wednesday.
Marcus Tudgay is likely to return, as is James O'Connor and Jon Otsemobor after being dropped to the bench in midweek, while Paul Heffernan will be desperate for a return to first team affairs.
Jermaine Johnson is edging closer to a full first-team return after resuming first-team training.
The Scotsman played arguably his best game in the blue and white stripes in the Trophy triumph over Chesterfield and he'll be hoping his performances gives him another start this weekend. In Jermaine Johnson's absence, Teale gave the Owls a quick and direct attacking threat and will be a handful for the visiting defence if selected this weekend.
Orient will travel to Hillsborough without goalkeeper Jamie Jones, who has been ruled out for at least three weeks with a groin injury.
The visitors will also be without Paul-Jose M'Poku, on-loan from Tottenham Hotspur, who is away on international duty with the Belgium U19s side.
Orient arrive at Hillsborough on the back of three draws on the spin but they still sit in the relegation places after a sluggish start to the season.
Maybe not the most important player in Orient's team, but Chambers will be one of a few players (no disrespect to Orient) that Owls fans will recognise given his brief stint in the blue and white in the 2003-04 season, where he made eight appearances on-loan from WBA.
Form Guide:
Wednesday: W-D-L-L-L
Orient: D-D-W-L-L
Head-To-Head:
Wednesday wins: 16
Orient wins: 8
Draws: 10
Last Time Out:
Wednesday 4-1 Orient
Hillsborough, 09/10/91 (League Cup)
It's been a while since the two sides last met, but Wednesday will be looking for a similar scoreline after the Owls thumped Orient 4-1 in the League Cup in '91 the last time out. Orient were leading 1-0 from the first-leg but as 4-1 thrashing by the Owls in the second leg saw them through.
