Wednesday will be looking to end their unwanted run of three league games without a win when they make the trip to struggling Leyton Orient on Saturday.
The Owls have taken just a point from their last three npower League One matches, a 2-2 draw against Charlton last weekend, and need to improve their form if they're to achieve promotion this season.
Orient need points for a very different reason, with the club sitting just above the relegation places, and will aim to cause an upset when Alan Irvine's men are in town.
Orient boss Russell Slade is expected to have Jonathan Tehoue available for selection after the Frenchman sat out the O's clash at Rochdale last time out with a hamstring injury.
Matthew Spring is also expected to be fit and available after taking a slight knock to his knee.
But Orient will be without Adam Chambers and Elliot Omozusi, who are both sidelined with hamstring injuries.
The duo missed Orient's draw at Spotland last weekend and the clash against the Owls will come too soon for their return.
Former Wednesday loanee Jimmy Smith is set to start.
The midfielder never really made it whilst on loan at Hillsborough and will be keen to show Wednesday fans exactly what he's all about this weekend.
Wednesday boss Alan Irvine will have a strong squad to chose from for the trip to Orient, with right-back Jon Otsemobor the only player defnitely to miss out through injury.
Giles Coke and Lewis Buxton are both expected to be available for selection after returning to training this week following injury set-backs.
Irvine will also have new signings Mark Reynolds and Gary Madine available for the first time.
Reynolds could slot straight into the Owls defence following the news that skipper Darren Purse has left the club by mutual consent to join Championship side Millwall.
Reda Johnson and Michael Morrison, who've both signed this month, are set to continue in defence, and the inclusion of Reynolds will make it a new-look back four, with Daniel Jones expected to continue at left-back.
It's unlikely Madine will be thrown straight in for a start, with a place on the bench more likely for the former Carlisle United hitman.
The former Motherwell man is expected to make his debut at Brisbane Road after arriving at the club last weekend. Owls fans will be keen to see the quality of the Scottish defender and just how the new-look Wednesday defence will do on its first outing.
