What a night at Hillsborough! Kieran Lee scored a stoppage-time winner as Sheffield Wednesday came from two goals down to beat Bristol City in dramatic circumstances. It topped off a match that reminds fans why they love the beautiful game so much, action, chances, goals and a bag full of controversy.

After a delayed kickoff, Wednesday were shadow of the side that beat Wigan Athletic the Saturday before, failed to make a notable impression on the game in the first half. On-loan Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham scored two first-half headers to put the Robins firmly in control. His first came about from a Robins corner as the owls cleared the danger first time it was the next cross in that caused the damage. Abraham had a virtually free header that he slammed past Westwood to open the scoring. Next up, he capitalised after Josh Brownhill's drive was parried into his path by Keiren Westwood to head home a second and his eighth of the season to put the visitors two up.

As half-time drew near Carlos replaced an injured looking Pudil with Forestieri and at the break called upon Wallace to replace David Jones. The changes stirred the Owls up, taking the game to the visitors and they were rewarded as Steven Fletcher headed home to to pull one back.

They in a bizarre 60 second Lee was dispossessed by Abrahams who slotted the ball into Pack who was bowled over by a falling Sam Hutchinson. The latter saw red and a penalty awarded. The drama didn't end there as Lee Tomlin's penalty hit the post and was capatilised on by Wallace who laid off to Hooper who was challenged by Gary O'Neil. With O`Neil failing to take the ball and already on a yellow card he was too red-carded. 10 men each for the Owls and for City. The game was spectacularly levelled up as Barry Bannan struck from range into the roof of the net past the hapless Ex-Owls Richard O`Donnell.

As the game wore on it only looked likely to be one winner. A panicked Bristol defence only cleared for a throw. That returned the ball to the Owls who played it down the left wing and via a neat Wallace pass, Lee showed composure to sidestep a defender and fire inside the far post to earn Wednesday the win.
