hard earned 3 points rode our luck at times but took our chance well.not sure about bolder yet we miss a creative midfielder hard work will not always see you through but still a welcome win we must build on this even though our injury list is growing.

one shot on target...we had five...two from kavanagh in 1st half, smalls overhead kick was on target, the goal and kavs deflected free kick in 2nd half was goin in after the deflection so its classed as on target!! the biggest cheer had to be bullen goin off injured

True about Bullen. Never been so pleased to see a player injured. Great servant to the club, but oh so bad today.

Has everyone seen the article on the front page of The People today. " Revealed The Man Behind The Owls Takeover ".Lancashire based Buisiness man Geoff Sheared is the front man behind a multi million pound takeover for Sheffield Wednesday. Shreard is heading up a group that is close to taking over the club buying enough shares to take over the clubs debts. Insider say the deal could be done within the next couple of days. Shread is a well connected football operator, hes worked in the kit manufacturing biz and on the commercial sides Of Preston and Stoke City. Through contacts he has just clinched an major buisiness deal in Spain and got together a team of bankers who will pump money into wednesday. Apparently there will be money coming from lots of different sources a bank in the Bahamas is one mentioned. The source of cash is believed to be around 50million pounds they reckon this may have come from a Asian Buisinessman based in Britain. One of Geoffs main associates are a company called Voi who made Prestons strips. There is also strong belief that more money will come in from Italy and Russia in what they are calling a major project. All that remains are final checks from both the club and Mr Sheared and the deal should be complete in next couple of days. At last some good news. Fingers Crossed !!! Up The Owls !!!!1
