Fantastic result.....should stay up now and we can just forget about this terrible season. Lets hope the new investors seal the deal next week so we can have a party at Hillsborough next Saturday.
CLIFFANDJ
Thank christ, buddha, allah and odin for that, don't relax yet boys one more week.

It was great to see the team spirit today not only on the pitch but in the away stand as well. Leicester got tango`ed today. Why don`t we have an orange party the last match of the season (Players and Fans ) God knows we deserve it
Handsworth Owl
Hope the baggies do one on southhampton on monday, a point is all we will need against Norwich, what a lift today!!! good news wednesday are going to be alright...don't fancy relying on the blades..
wednesdaydoyle
eagles, brown, koumas and beevers to sign in the summer - we will walk away with this league next season. well done wendy what a fantastic result today, it kills me to say but credit where credit is due. you always win when you have to, dont know how you do it as its every bloody time. dont brag yet as it could all turn pair shaped. look at us last season the unthinkable happened
bladesforlife1889
Dont count you're chickens pigforlife, with a little investment, we might just keep beevers and push you all the way!
johnnywalker69
Good to see your ambition, bfl - Chris Eagles, yep he's really going to propel you into the big league. And what happened to you last season wasn't unthinkable - we all thought it would happen :)
Auckland Owl
That was one of the most nerve racking Wednesday games i have ever listened too. But what a result!! Cant put any more because i am *****faced after celebrating!!! :)
will it ever happen
excellent result, now with the proposed takeover and money to spend we can finally re-sign Regi Blinker
Norman
Although its a fantastic result and all, I just wanna say well done Leon Clarke.
Bigash
You know what, after the the stick that Blackpool gave us I hope they go down. I will laugh so much. Still think it is Soton though.

on a serious not if you do get taken over and lets say the new investors wipe out ALL the debts the club is in, do you honnestly think they are at the same time going to invest heavilly in the playing squad? its alot to ask and to be honnest i think you are living in micky mouse land. at best they may wipe out 10m of debt and the chance of securing some decent loan signings, maybe i few 5ook players coming in. As for spending millions upon millions i carnt see it. Not untill they have got something back in return. Taker overs arnt just all one way traffic. lets just hope it doesnt go all pete tonge like it did for us on the final day!!
bladesforlife1889
Two words for you, bfl (apart from the obvious ones of course) - Vladimir Yevtushenkov.
Auckland Owl
bfl- why would they spend 25 mil clearing the debts and then not invest in the squad - the only way they will see a return on there investment is by us playing premiership football - the only way that can happen is huge investment in the playing squad.
tommyg
gods sake bfl all you had to to was draw wigan at home to stay up and they completely dominated you. it didnt go 'pete tong' you were just *****. i good point tommyg i cant exactly seee them wiping out the debt than not spending in the summer..
addz123
just about sobered up. what a much needed 3points. now lets finish the job with 3points next weekend and finish this awful season with smile and 3points
mick66owl
What a game to choose for my first away game with the super owls!! Maybe I should go away every week next season! Great performance though they do put us through it don't they! Watson was inspirational! Up the Owls!

PHEW STINKS OF PIG POO go back to sty site pigforlife
mick66owl
Bluntsforlife - it is 500 [notice the two zeros] not 5oo, which for reasons beyond me includes the letter "o" twice. I could except once as a mistake, but twice! Also, the word is can't, as in "cannot", not carnt as in retard. The other word you are scratching around for is "Jealousy". How's the B&B coming along at the Trough by the way?
