Good result but Wood and Small injured. It's ridiculous how many injuries we pick up, it's been like this for years, what on earth is the reason? It's beyond chance.
onedeaddj
Don't think it's nothing serious with Wood and Small, they both walked off comfortably. No idea what is wrong with Wood but Small may have got cramp again?
will it ever happen
I didn't go to the match, how bad did the injuries look, just minor knocks then?
onedeaddj
Although minor knocks for our players normally means a month out - look at Beevers.

jeffers was class when he came on..its franny time from the start please mr laws..burton couldnt score in a month of sundays..decent second half in which burton should have had an hat trick.

A great result. Full marks to Laws and the players. With our injuries and to be honest our lack of top quality players, we are doing great. What do people make of Smith? Seems that there isn't really a place for him in the team. Maybe he'll head back in January and BL will get another winger in?

Fab result, the recent results will be a massive confidence boost for the team after all of the injuries and off field activities.

What a game lee grant had!! 3 superb saves. esajas looked dangerous but did he pick up a knock? best player though was Marcus Tudgay. never stops trying and some of his touches where first class, was abit worried by the defence tho alot of slips and sliced clearances

I dont know if anyone else is thinking the way I do, but we are going to have to be careful as far as the way Grant is playing. No one would doubt what an impact he has had since he came to the club. Ok he had a bit of a blip last season, but so far he has been a rock for the team. Ok, so communication isnt one of his best attributes but he can work on that and I dont personally care so longs as he is playing the way he is. Would I be wrong in saying that if he keeps on playing the way he is he could, if he isnt already, be attracting interest from other clubs.

And i wish the crowd wouldn't sing "England's No 1" because that usually means he will be having some stinkers soon!!
will it ever happen
englands number 1

what the hell is laws feeding them?? credit has to go to his wife though as she is a fanatical owl, its obvious she hie blackmailing him and he's on the promise every sat night after the 3 points!! another cracking result - alot of people were saying you ween't good last night but who cares?? 5th in the championship. what an achievement with no money, injuries, not even the good loan signing. just reminds me of the blades under bassett. playing for pride and wearing the colours!! i think when im *****ed i might just put a tenner on you getting in the playoffs. dont tell anyone as ill probably get linched!!
bladesforlife1889
is grant as good as paddy kenny?? personally i dont think so.
bladesforlife1889
Grant is twice the keeper Kenny is.. Kenny is twice the size :)
Auckland Owl
has lost loads that is
bladesforlife1889
kenny has load loads of weight, grants not as good no way. nevertheless he has improved in a big way. you wernt saying that last season when he conceeded 30 goals in the first 10 games!!
bladesforlife1889
if we're comparing kenny and grant.... i think the similarities end when you enter the debate about "favourite eyebrow to have chewed off"
Norman
grant is better. <-thats a full stop
