beverley owl you sound just like the lot that sit round me, blame clarke for everything thats all i ever hear, try getting off his back just for a change and supporting him after all he's just scored 2 important goals for us, and looking at the rest of them i can't see any goals coming from anywhere else on the pitch apart from sodje who looked a little more like himself yesterday, clarke will never be the most mobile player you'll ever see, but one thing he will do is score goals so just think about what you shout on to the pitch next time, just for once give him some praise and try not to blame for everything that goes wrong, i'm sure donny fans would love someone like him.

Jeez, some people are just not happy no matter what Leon does! He won us the game for feck's sake! Lazy? He was as good as anyone yesterday and don't forget - a striker is only as good as the support he gets, but I don't hear anyone having a go at any of the other players!!

I thought we were awful all over the park yesterday. Perosnally I can't see why Leon gets on the pitch - he's lazy, incompetent and although he scored a goal he missed a bagful of easy chances yesterday that could have made it easier for us in the closing stages. Any professional player who can't play a 5 yard ball along the floor across the face of goal but instead hoofs it high and long doesn't deserve to be in a Wednesday shirt in my opinion. I think he's been given enough chances now. The rest of the team were not much better though - there was no shape on the pitch, nobody seemed to know what position they were playing never mind what their role was. To be fair Donny looked a decent passing team, I'm just eternally grateful that their strikers couldn't hit a barn door or we would have received a thrapping from the bottom of the league side.

I have to say that I feel our midfield just doesn't know how to play possession football, and the marking in the second half was abysmal, a lot of people walked away from that game wondering what is missing, any ideas? ps how about clarke and sodje up front together

i agree us owl, don't know which game you were at super owl, not the same one as me, don't recall clarke missing a bagful of easy chances.

Granted I was sat in kop but Leon blasted a couple of decent strikes at the keeper making them easy saves to make and blasted another couple over the bar with plenty of time to do better with them. Did you have your eyes closed when he attempted to clear the ball out of the ground when a 5-yard ball across the face of goal was all that the kop and the players running into the box thought was needed?? He's lazy, his touch is awful, he doesn't anticipate anything, just reacts to it and then is too late, doesn't seem to understand the concept of being offside...the only thing going for him is that he can strike a ball....but shouldn't any striker who is played to play football be able to do that???? Can't see what Laws sees in him at all. The sooner Sodje and RTudgay are back together with a little bt of Jeffers thrown in from time to time the better then we can get rid of Leon

no matter what i say you've made your mind up and that's that.well remember this, since pig match we've scored 4 goals leon got 3 of them,no matter how bad you say he is, if he's the one scoring and pulling a blue & white shirt on every week every wednesday fan should praise him not slagging him off.

are some of you actually insane? it seems you just insult clarke whatever he does, lazy? his workrate was brilliant in this and the palace game, hes got 3 in 5 and probably man of the match yesterday, lay off him hes obviously a massive confidence player dosnt need his own fans gettin on his back. Hes the form striker at the minute i'd start him with sodje up front, tudagy on right wing against derby no 4-5-1
